While are currently see patients for ally types of care, we are taking extraordinary measures to protect the safety of our team and visitors.
We kindly ask for your help as you prepare for your visit:
–Please do not come into the office if you think you may be sick. Change your appointment if you are feeling ill, have a fever, or have been in contact with someone who has had any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 2 weeks.
–Thoroughly wash your hands prior to coming in. We will also have you wash and sanitize when you arrive.
–Wear a mask or cloth face covering to your appointment.
–Maintain social distancing.
–Please remain in your car until your exact appointment time. We are limiting the number of people in the office at any one time. As much as we love visiting with you before your appointment, it is important to reduce the number of people in our office space to keep everyone safe.
–No unnecessary guests accompany you. We will also ask that only one parent accompany a child for their visits.
–Bring a jacket or blanket. Due to the extra protective gear that we must wear, we need to keep the office a little colder.
